We got tired of reviewing bad movies from the 1980s and '90s so we decided to review a GREAT movie from the early 1960s.
It's a mad world. Well, actually, it's a mad, mad, mad, mad world. And that just happens to be the title of this week's movie!
It features an absolute Who's Who of mid-century comedy all-stars, like Milton Berle, Sid Caesar, Buddy Hackett, Phil Silvers, and Jonathan Winters, plus a brilliant turn by Ethel Merman as the mother-in-law from hell.
There's $350,000 buried somewhere in a state park, under a "Big W" and it's a race for a dozen strangers to find it before an aging police captain, played by screen legend Spencer Tracy, gets to it first.
It's one of the greatest comedies ever made, and it's positively insane.
Hang out with us as we revisit our favorite bits and recount some of the best lines ever written.
Spoiler alert: I don't think we're going to Get This Flick Outta Here.
