    A family from Kensington is begging for someone to return their son's emotional support dog, named 'Mahia.'
    Mahia slipped out of the family's house back in December. She did not have tags on her.
    A man was seen on surveillance video picking the dog up and carrying her to his car.
    The family said they do not recognize the man. They're offering a $2,500-dollar reward for her safe return.

    World Cafe Live has filed for bankruptcy.
    Although the Chapter 11 petition says the University City venue is unable to pay its debts, gigs will still go on.
    World Cafe Live CEO J. Sean Diaz told the Philadelphia Business Journal that the concert hall plans to remain open during bankruptcy proceedings. He said the move will stabilize its finances and attract new investment.
    World Cafe Live faced a stop-work order on Wednesday for what the city called “serious tax violations.”

    Your future Amazon delivery or Uber ride could cost you a little more in Philadelphia. Mayor Parker is proposing new fees on the services, as well as a variety of new taxes. It's part of the nearly $7 billion budget she will present to City Council today.
    It's not expected to include an increase in property taxes, and there will be continued decreases in the wage tax.
