The Kwazulu-Natal Department of Education is reportedly suing the Auditor-General of South Africa over adverse findings against the department's School Nutrition program tender. The issue came out of a Scopa meeting recently where the department announced its intentions. The AG had found that there were material irregularities in the appointment of a new service provider by the department.
