L is for what?
Liminality... what the heck is liminality?
Liminality is being in a transitional, ambiguous state...which so many entrepreneurs regularly are! A LOT! We're constantly in transition -- you know, the feeling of things not being quite what they are anymore but also not being where we want them to be.
It is REALLY hard to sit in the liminal spaces we find ourselves in. So in this episode, Dr Lee talks about using liminality to both heal and to grow our businesses so we're not constantly stuck in this transitional space and feel the pull to either contract back toward point A due to discomfort, or push ourselves to point B (when maybe we don't even want point B).
Finding purpose and meaning in the discomfort of transition is important. And that's what this episode is all about.
