This week we recorded a socially distanced conversation between Jacob, Travis and Matej as we all start to get ready for our personal fitness journeys through this month.

Also on the topic list is of course COVID19 and the impact it's had on our lives so far this year. It's been a wild year so far, and I guess it only makes sense that we were recording outside surrounded by a whole lot of noise and rain!
