L.A. Care wants to remind agents and members that they now have a new autopay vendor, which means members need to ensure they update their banking information to avoid interruptions to coverage. Due to privacy reasons, the bank information of members who had autopay set up was not updated in the system.


This means that some members might think their premiums are being deducted, but are now considered delinquent. They need to update their bank information to avoid being canceled for non-payment. Grace periods are in effect for members who might have been impacted by these changes.
