This course will provide help identifying which employers are subject to COBRA or Cal-COBRA, and when employees are eligible for these benefits. Key administrative tasks will be explained, such as essential notice requirements, setting premiums, and the bases for early termination of coverage. The program will include a discussion of the impact of Medicare, ACA reporting, stop-loss coverage, and Covered California eligibility.
