Talking about march 14th its been three years

Well, we got to stop putting the mental illnesses not just for women, but it is also for men and we also have to think that mental illness is real. Please learn how to heal, move on and take care of yourself.

Just talking about have you ever wanted to just get up and leave but then you realize you got responsibilities kids work and bills

Talking about bullying checking on your kids and making sure they’re that they’re all right in our future generation

Talking about out loud prayers that one day you need to realize if you think that everybody around you is the problem or their drama you might want to look at yourself

Talking about us, mothers having mental illness and dealing with our kids and it’s OK to take a break

Talking about how you grow up and mature, in certain ways, the older you get
