Welcome to this week’s LAAGCast!

This week, Wil played Titan Souls, Sam spent some more time in Warcraft 3 and another classic PC franchise: Descent, including the upcoming new release from the original developers, Overload! Max played a little more BroForce, and started Shadow Warrior 2.

In TV (20:46) Sam loved the first episode of Westworld so much that he blasted through the entire series, catching up to Max with the latest episode (Shogunworld!). Max also took a trip to the Cinema to check out A Quiet Place.

In comics, (51:53), we read Dark Souls: The Age of Fire #1, The Prisoner #1 & 2, Star Trek: Mirror Broken #4, Moon Knight #193, 194, &195, Weapon H #3, New Challengers #1, S.H.I.E.L.D. #5, The Terrifics #4, and No Justice #3.

In games, Wil finished his playthrough of Hollow Knight, and tested out some gunplay with Sam in the top-down shooter Enter the Gungeon. Sam hopped in the way-back machine to run through some Warcraft 3, and Max checks in with his final thoughts on Pokemon UltraSun. Max also played BroForce.

In TV (21:40), Sam hops onto the train into Westworld, checking out the first episode, while Max reports on episode 4 of the second season.

In comics, (39:07), we read Star Trek: Mirror Broken #3, Batman #47, Superman Special #1, Moon Knight #191 and 192, and No Justice #2.

This week, the guys played a range of games both new and old. Wil tried out Mark of the Ninja a little, and Hollow Knight a bit more; Sam and Wil fired up OG Starcraft and went for a couple of slugfests to prove that, yes, it’s still the best RTS anyone has to offer. Plus, Max checks in with some more progress in Pokemon: UltraSun.

In TV (23:31), Max continues with Westworld season 2, episode 3, and new Netflix comedy special Kid Gorgeous at Radio City. Sam and Max made varying progress through Arrested Development: Fateful Consequences, Sam and Wil checked out a surprisingly “happy” episode of Black Mirror, and Sam reports on the third season of Better Call Saul.

For this weeks comics (51:19), we read the collected Star Trek: Mirror Broken, Star Trek: Through the Mirror #2, Batman: White Knight #8, Oblivion Song #3, Immortal Men #2, Star Wars: Thrawn #4, No Justice #1, and Venom #1.

And as always, a Stupid Thing and Transformer of the Week, and three more characters get added to the our Star Trek Ranking.

In gaming, Wil’s loving God of War so much he has to revise his earlier rating even higher. Max played the Episodes of Final Fantasy XV and has some strong opinions. Plus Sam tries out stealth ninja game Arigami, Max has dipped his toes into the Alola region in Pokemon UltraSun, and Sam even tried wacky Switch puzzle game Snipper Clips.
