What is good Friends!

My next guest keeps it real! She transitioned out of being a teacher into building her real estate empire. Please welcome my next PREMIERE guest Stephanie Heiser! A little bit about Stephanie:

"Selling and investing in real estate was never in my life plan. I was a teacher and then a Vice Principal. And then I got a taste of my first flip and realized there was a strong need for agents that would educate and advocate for their clients. I had 8 open escrows within 2 months of getting my license because I listened to the advice of an agent I met at an open house. My online lead conversion rate was over 10% because I know the local market, utilize helpful apps, and can anticipate the needs of others well. The Joshua Tree market is really hot and I have the pleasure of helping first time investors and savvy seasoned investors as well as first time home buyers. I moved to a new market and started a team to help manage the volume of two really hot markets. I'd love to help everyone see that you don't have to be born into real estate or be rich to succeed in this business. You just have to know your shit, hustle, provide value, and be genuine." What is good friends!

Happy Monday! My next guest illuminates positive energy. He has transformed his life and is on the mission to transform others so they may live more successful lives. Please welcome my next PREMIERE guest, Michael S. Seaver. A little bit about Michael:

My mission is to unlock human potential. I was raised in a small, conservative West Michigan town in the ‘80s and ‘90s. My grandfather started our family’s lawn maintenance business in 1953 and I devoted 12 years to helping my father and grandfather live comfortably.

Yet, I felt suppressed. I couldn’t explain how, I just felt it.

Something inside me knew I couldn’t fulfill my mission there, so at age 23, I moved to Arizona to begin anew. After a few years in the hospitality industry, I attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management and completed my MBA. Thunderbird brought my life’s mission to light.

I learned that I valued authenticity, growth, spirituality, wellness, and power, and how important each was to me. I then worked at one of America’s largest nonprofit healthcare systems only to feel the same way I felt in Michigan. Soon, I left that role, started my coaching practice in 2011, and have continued to grow the ways I serve others. Through life’s uncertainties, I’ve learned just how powerful human intuition is.

As I trusted my instincts more, the patterns became clearer, I accomplished my most important goals, and genuinely loved life.

I’ve traveled the world seeking new ways of being. I’ve coached leaders across the globe. I’ve changed corporate cultures. I’ve spoken on stage in front of thousands. I’ve written a few books and hundreds of articles. I’ve been interviewed by others and host my own podcast. I’ve facilitated online courses.

Through it all, I realized that the more I challenged mainstream ideologies, the more I recognized the patterns in human life, and the more I brought together the human personal and professional selves into one authentic being. The more I could help others move through their pain-to-purpose journey trusting they were on the right path at the right time. Your life’s answers are already inside you. My diverse set of coaching experiences and soul-based instincts serve as the clear signal to help you unlock your most authentic self. TGIF Friends!

My next guest has tapped into a way of living that I believe is necessary if we are the path to true happiness. He is a US transplant that has lived in Paris, France for 30yrs. Please welcome David Brower. A little bit about David; I was an overly self-conscious, very small but athletic kid growing up in Beverly Hills in a family connected to the entertainment world. Cinema, theatre, music, song, dance and performance swirled around and enlivened our household.

With part of my youth spent with my business entrepreneur and extra curricular psychology PHD step-father, an interest in active philosophy was also planted in me early on.

FORMAL HIGHER EDUCATION DID NOT LEAD ME TO CLARITY

on who you want to be, what YOU want to do with your life.  Sometimes you’ve got to have the courage to find your way otherwise, to live experiences…

22 years old: One-way ticket to Paris

Fly away to disrupt the patterns, change the ground I was rooted in, the society I was raised in, by landing in another. Leap into the unknown, knowing no one local. A whole new world of possibility opens up amidst sensing uncertainty, feeling lost, separate, disconnected, different… to learn more or to follow David please head to the links below:

What is good my friends!

It is Friday! What is everyone doing this weekend? I will be recording a bunch more episodes with more dynamic guests today. Please welcome my next very talented guest; Mauri Dark. He joins us from Finland, sharing his many artistic accomplishments with us. Mauri Dark’s autobiographical debut solo album Dreams Of A Middle-Aged Man invites you into dark, folky, timeless, intimate, and acoustic songscapes. There is a story behind the record, says the artist:

“The songs and lyrics were made amidst the changes of breaking up from a 7-year relationship, my mother’s death of cancer, and finding happiness again, getting married, having a firstborn daughter and making music.”

Equipped with a baritone guitar and his deep, low voice, Mauri Dark is an experienced musician and songwriter. For his self-produced-recorded-performed solo album, he got to work with his dream audio team. Associate producer Jussi Vuola is a band mate and a musical blood brother. Mixing engineer / associate producer Hiili Hiilesmaa is famous for his work with HIM, Apocalyptica and Amorphis. Vlado Meller has previously mastered albums for Johnny Cash, Metallica, and Michael Jackson, to name a few.

“Dreams Of A Middle-Aged Man is the record I have always wanted to make, Mauri Dark says. “It is an emotional, honest and sincere acoustic album full of moods and stories in the spirit of Johnny Cash, Leonard Cohen and Nick Drake, and polished by the finest audio professionals and equipment in the spirit of the old times when albums were made to last.” To learn more about Mauri or to check out his music, head to the links below:
