Label Free: ”To live your best life, live label free.”

What is good my friends!

Happy Saturday! I am here in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ with my fiance soaking in the sun and relaxing. My next guest has overcome her own personal battles with alcohol and has turned it into a dynamic story to help others. Please welcome Mary Wagstaff!

After a long 20 year relationship with alcohol, as the Mistress of Margaritas, I finally realized… this boozy lifestyle just wasn’t working for me. But I wasn’t interested in a life of labels, shaming, and deprivation.

I was a health educator, yoga and fitness instructor and mindfulness coach. I love adventure, movement and LIFE! The two worlds of booze and wellness had collided and I knew where the real living was, and it wasn’t in the bottle.

So, I did things my own way.

Hi. My name is Mary Wagstaff, and I’m a Holistic Alcohol Coach.

I don’t work with blame, dates or labels.

And I don’t work in secret.

My clients aren’t afraid to step out into the light and say, “Yes, I want a life that includes less alcohol, better health, more freedom and joy, without excuses.”

That’s because I work with empowered women, ambitious women, and women who aren’t afraid to lead.

My clients are business owners, creative mothers, inspired artists, community leaders: female entrepreneurs who want to live a authentic live. They’re about abundance and deep connection to self, community and spirit.

Not scarcity.

They’ve simply realized that it’s time to “move on” from alcohol and limiting, fear based beliefs getting in their way.

If you’re ready to say goodbye to alcohol and stop avoiding the desire with willpower,  let’s chat. Click below to learn more about taking the first step on your journey toward a better, spirit driven (and less boozy) life.

We will celebrate you every step of the way. To follow Mary or to reach out to her head to the links below:

What is good!

Happy Saturday friends! I hope you are enjoying the weekend. It is Lalapolooza in the Chicagoland are this weekend. I had such a great conversation with my next guest. He has learned to transform his life from a very young age. He is a blind man that has overcome many obstacles. Please welcome Mark Valenziano. About Mark; "I am an entrepreneur who sold my company to follow my passion to inspire and educate others to create their best life no matter what anxiety or adversity they face.  At a young age, when I was told I was going blind, I developed tools which helped me build my very happy and successful life despite the uncertainty, insecurity, and challenges that come with losing one’s sight.  I’m now an author, speaker, and bit of an entertainer whose interactive experiential events get people way out of their comfort zones and thinking differently about their future and the world in general.  So many people are stagnating under the weight of anxiety or insecurity, and it is my greatest satisfaction to infuse them with organic optimism, help them see their roadmap more clearly, and propel them towards their dreams and goals!"
