What's Good Everyone! It has been a min since I have released  new episode. I have been personally navigating the current social atmosphere. It has been a little tough for me to stay as positive as I usually am. With that being said, let me introduce you to Major Ben Bierly,  running for IL State Senate Dist 43. He is a father of 5 and I feel is the salt of  the earth kind of politician we should all like to see in office. To learn more about Ben and to follow his campaign go to any of the links below:  https://www.facebook.com/BenBierlyforILStateSenate43 https://www.ben4illinois.com/  Thank you all so much for your support! In this episode I sit down with a very selfless individual, Jon Kirwin. He is about the journey as a coach not the destination. He has a vested interest in the people he connects with and welcomes to his S.E.L.F. Health & Fitness. To inquire in hiring him as a coach, you can follow the links below :

What is Good!

I am moved to share my encouragement rant. In these uncertain times I felt the need to share my thoughts on what is going on around us. I am having a very strong reaction to the blatant agenda pushing we are seeing in the media. The methodical brainwashing around Covid-19 and the fear mongering. I am a fighter by nature and my instinct is telling me to stand up and fight for our Freedom. I am a true patriot and will stand with my fellow Americans to maintain our freedoms of which this country was built on.
