Maybe you were shy as a kid, so that became your identity; shy, awkward, not good in crowds. Maybe someone made you feel unloveable and now you feel unwanted, unattractive, undeserving of love. When something becomes so deeply rooted in us, it can be all consuming. It skews the way we view ourself, how we speak to ourselves and how we live our life.
