The two face off in this spy vs spy film that had us gasping at how ripped Ryan got, concerned over facial hair and questioning how quickly we'd fold to fingernail torture - spoiler: VERY quickly. Always give your off-the-books assassins a decent retirement plan!

Alpha, Omega, Oh My! This week the Ladies watched Edge of Tomorrow, the Tom Cruise time-loop sci fi action film. We wondered about blood transfusions, time travel timelines, and if movies or real life ghosties are scarier. We also admired Tom Cruise's ageless face and Emily Blunt's ripped arms. Have a spooky Halloween and try to avoid getting alien blood in your blood!

Marvin, watch out! This week the Ladies watched the action comedy classic, Midnight Run. We drooled over a young DeNiro, discussed bad dads and great comic timing, and imagined our dream cast for a remake (hint: starring Rin!). Whether by jet, train, bus, stolen car or hijacked plane we loved going along for this journey of bickering, reluctant best friendship.

Chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry milkshake? Spoiler alert: this movie isn't about the milkshakes. This week, the Ladies watched "Gunpowder Milkshake," a neo-noir film that tries to introduce more women onto the action movie-screen but... yeah. We compare the relationships to those found in "Yellowjackets" (Rin finally finished it), discuss the merits of bowling, and wrestle with the decision of making Karen Gillan wear THAT hat. 

Get your historical murder boards ready! This week the Ladies watched The Old Guard, a baffling and violent good time. We probed the Vampire Problems that plague these immortals, wondered why nobody was having any fun, and made a solid investment plan for our own vampire portfolios - REAL ESTATE! Don't worry kids, in 10 generations Amelia Earhart was born and that makes all the death worth it!
