Lady Mprez presents a short story about her past experiences being labeled "fat" and coming to the realization that the word "fat" in American terminology was a bad thing. She brings up the cultural difference of what the word "fat" meant to her growing up in a Caribbean household verses growing up in an American culture. She talks about feeling ashamed of being fat because of the American association with the term, but never felt ashamed of being fat while she was in the Caribbean. She describes the American culture as discriminative and having unrealistic Eurocentric standards of beauty. Lady Mprez ends this story with some positive uplifting words and body positivity.
Lady Mprez gives a little insight about how she grew up in #Florida coming from a multicultural #Caribbean family. She relates the way she grew up to the lack of understanding #language and #culture in today's American society. She highlights points of things that may be offensive in the US, but isn't in other countries. She explains how everyone is talking a different language and how nobody is understanding one another due to language and culture being set by a Eurocentric standard. She delivers a message of getting to know someone's culture before canceling them out due to lack of understanding. She encourages learning about other's backgrounds and to read Trevor Noah's book "Born a Crime".

She also stresses how it's not fair for someone to lose their job because marijuana stays in your body for at least 30 days, yet a crack head can clean out within a few days. She discusses how it's unfair for a felon not to be able to obtain a decent living because of their background. How are these practices ethical?
