At times we have to figure out why we do what we do? Not always can we just act like nothing is wrong. Ms.Teneicka shares how she had to find out why she stayed stuck. After doing research the root causes go back to many traumatic experiences. Now it is time to unpack unfold and deal with some trauma of old.
