"In 2008 I graduated from nursing school. I was excited and I had a passion for helping people. Fast forward about 5 years into my career and I was burning out fast. I realized that no one was getting better, but their medication lists kept getting longer. In 2014, I woke up with some strange pains in my left wrist. The physical therapist I worked with told me I had carpal tunnel and gave me a brace. I woke up the next day and the pain was in my right wrist. My left hand didn't hurt at all. The pain went on jumping from joint to joint until one day my lip and face started to swell, my fingers on one hand, then the other. By the end of the day, my feet were so swollen I couldn't walk. I went to the ER only to be sent home discouraged with a possible diagnosis of Lyme disease. After multiple appointments and medications, I was finally told I had Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis. I was devastated. I was 27 years old and in pain all the time. In 2016, I became pregnant and had to stop all my medications and my symptoms exacerbated quickly! My midwife sent me to a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner and within a few weeks, all my symptoms were gone. I couldn't believe it. I started referring everyone I knew! The only problem was, she was almost 2 hours away. People were struggling to get there and I knew there had to be a solution. So I quit my job and took off to Florida for training and never looked back! Now I practice full time as a Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner and have continued to expand my knowledge over the years with Holistic Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coaching certifications."
