Sometimes we forget to do so during our days, a lot of times we choose not to.

Are you happy? Are you feeling fulfilled? Do you feel as if you are trying to fill a void that can’t be filled no matter how hard you tried? In my experience turning to God and asking for his answers is the safest bet. Have you tried meditating? 🧘🏾‍♀️

Healing your soul can be a great thing and sometimes we loose sight of nurturing and catering to ourselves because we feel it is a selfish act. But you come first when it comes to building you whole.

|Pure Sessions| Episode 31: Social Media ft. @joefucarino

Sup all! How was everyone’s weekend? I hope everyone had a blessed and productive Sunday. 

I have a special guest on today’s episode @joefucarino. Yay he’s a fellow: podcaster, entrepreneur, business guru and a dedicated father to his daughter. Much inspiration and admiration there. He’s also creator and starter of @jerseymedia and @therapywithoutadegree podcast. Airs every week on YouTube, Spotify. Apple and more.  He’s a encourager on following your dreams, being genuine and leaving legacies.    

In today’s episode @lanaenpurescorner I discuss with @joefucarino the nuances and joys that social media brings to society. Whether it be millennials on it or the older generation., why do we gravitate towards it?. Its all about balancing, I personally am not a fan of social media. But I do believe being used correctly: is beneficial to your platform. As well as discussing getting the COVID vaccine (whether it is good or bad, safe or not). 

Lastly I asked Joe what his views on race in America are as well as police brutality and the recent murders of black men by the hands of police. Sometimes we find it hard to PULL ourselves away and do other things, most cases we feel as if we are missing out on the (next tweet) or (last picture). But 10/10 we just want to feel important and relevant. Grant it if you have a business use social media., but sometimes we get carried away by technology on our phones..   

Is social media good? Is it bad? Do we need it? Is it helpful or sometimes harmful to our generation?! When is it good to turn the notifications off?   Tune in every Sunday @6pm for each episode.

In today’s episode @lanaenpurescorner I discuss the difficulties and possibilities of change. Some people like change, some people adapt to change and others don’t prefer it? But at the end of the day changes in our lives help us grow and help us adapt to new beginnings.

Sometimes it’s hard to accept things that we can’t control, and sometimes we want to pause it or even run away from it. But God knows what’s on our hearts and in our plans. The journey is already set for your life, we may want to rush but everything happens in its season.

Hello All!  

Now as you guys know I normally do my shows LIVE on Sundays at 6pm est. But this week I wanted to show a special episode I did a few month back; on my friends show. @joefucarino he is the founder of Therapy Without A Degree podcast. In this episode Chapter 167: Developing Patience and Starting The Process of Your Passion Feat. Lana En Pure Joe interviews me on my passion (As a DJ and a published Author) as well as having patience in things that don't come naturally.  

While I am still struggling with the patience part (lol) I have grown into my craft, honed in on my music as well as growing my podcast. When we did this episode back in August I was just beginning my show |Pure Sessions| back then it was titled Lana En Pure Podcast, and I was going by Dj Fire.   Since then I have transitioned from a stage in my life to where I am now with being my own artist, an entrepreneur as well as a woman motivational speaker and published author.
