I am so excited to introduce today's guest speaker Lana Hall.

Lana is a psychologist and owner of Sage and Sound and the author of her new book The Slow Life Project. 

Her vision is to share the psychological strategies that can help women lead a life full of meaning, authenticity and joy with all the women that need them.

  • Being kind and compassionate when talking with yourself.
  •  The experience of overwhelm and physical sensations of anxiety.
