Near the end of his life, Paul had been abandoned by most of the people who had been his co-workers in the faith. He is urging Timothy to be faithful and to stay true to his faith no matter the cost.

In concluding his letter to the Colossians, Paul greeted the church for a lot of his fellow workers. One of the greetings came from Epahras, who was working hard in prayer for the church. We also ought to be working hard on behalf of our brothers and sisters in Christ that we will live according to the will of God.

Paul gave us instructions to help make our relationships work the way that they should as Christians.

God designed marriage. It was his plan and so it functions best when done according to His design.

Paul urged Philemon to forgive Onesimus. God sent Jesus to make a way to restore the relationship between man and God. The evidence of that relationship should be shown in our relationships with other people.
