Parcel Funders is a female-owned direct commercial and residential asset-based land funding company that is made up of a team with more than 20 years combined experience investing in non-conventional properties. 

The founders, Halie and Reid Kurtenbach, have funded more than 200+ land deals since 2019. The company's depth of knowledge and experience allows them the flexibility to fund land deals quickly for investors who need a fast and dependable source of capital for investment opportunities.
