This one is on a 49 acre parcel we just listed in Stark County.  Really cool property with a private lake, some timber, and crp.  About 45 minutes from Peoria.  Hope you enjoy! I dont think this property will be on the market too long! One thing I forgot to mention in the Podcast is that the CRP pays around 5k annually!

Hey Guys! Sorry for the week delay.  We are in full swing with fall projects and harvests.  After this episode, we will likely take a few weeks off before coming back with the last 5 episodes in this series…they will happen soon though!

In this weeks episode, we discuss forage ponds.  They are an incredibly easy way to improve the quality and enjoyment of your fishing and a low initial and annual cost.  I have been a big believer in these since the early 2000’s.  Hope you enjoy!
