In this week's episode we have have a guest from the College of Business. Dr. Kelli Horne has been learning and teaching online for years.  She discusses her approach to course design and what her goals are for online learning at Lander.

In this week's episode the Director of the Center for Online and Innovative learning and podcast co-host, Dr. Lloyd Willis will dive into answering a question that continues to arise. Many have asked "How many students should be in an online class?" Dr. Willis will discuss how Lander plans to approach that topic.

In this week's episode we will here from podcast host and Director of COIL Dr. Lloyd Willis about interesting facts we are seeing from our first installment of Smarter Measure. Also co-host Keith McCaslan will discuss upcoming trainings on Blackboard topics and how to attend.

On this week's episode Dr. Zach Rubin joins us from The Department of Sociology to discuss ways in which he has previously and plans to continue to introduce technology into the classroom.  He specifically mentions a podcasting assignment that he plans to implement for the first time to an undergraduate course. We discuss the benefits of offering diverse assessments and their benefit the the learning experience as a whole.

In this week's episode we have our provost Dr. Scott Jones.  He came to us to discuss about general education requirement revisions.  He discusses why they are needed and his idea on what is best for our university as we move forward in today's higher education climate.
