This week at Landing Place Church we’re going to talk about how you were Made to Influence. Jesus was the greatest Influencer in all the earth and we’re called to become like him. How do we do that?

Christmas is almost here and sometimes it brings up comfortable feelings about unresolved conflict. This weekend we’re going to talk about how we can handle feelings of unforgiveness.

Words are Powerful! Have you ever had words come out of your mouth and then wondered…Where did that come from? This weekend we’re going to learn that what we say is very connected to our heart. As we continue our series: Let Every Heart Prepare him Room, we’re going to learn how to fix and get rid of some things in our heart that can have a tendency to spill out of our mouths.

It’s Christmas Season and as we’re making all the preparations to celebrate the birth of Jesus we want to ask: Is there room in your heart for Jesus this Christmas? Is there room to accommodate Jesus or are our hearts filled with some other things that we need to get rid of to prepare our hearts to make room for Jesus?

This weekend we have a special guest all the way from South Africa, Dr. Chevian Breedt. He is going to be speaking on The Prize of Legacy and asking What is it that we are investing our time into?

Thanksgiving is just about here! For many of us that means family getting together, fun, food, black Friday shopping. What we want to ask is, in all of these activities, will there be any Giving Thanks. Jesus told a great story about healing a whole group of people, but only one of them came back to give thanks. This weekend we will learn the importance of saying thanks and how we can remember to say Thanks.
