LNPG, or the Landlords National Purchasing Group, is the UK’s largest buying group for private landlords in the UK. Put simply, it’s the most effective way for landlords and property with UK stock to save time and money on their refurbishment and maintenance costs.

Beginning in 2011 with only one member, the company recently celebrated reaching over 5,000 active members in the group, boasting a housing stock of over 26 thousand properties across the country.

Since founding the company all those years ago, Nick Watchorn, is still at the helm. But as the company has grown, as has the leadership team, and LNPG’s recently appointed Marketing Director, Anthony Bailey-Grice also joined us for a chat.
