There should be no doubt in our minds that this is a direct command from God. But do we all understand just how this is to be done-- Basically it involves two things, feeding and exercise.

The beggar in this Psalm is a true child of God and has a special need that he can only get from one place. He can not hire it done, nor can it be bought. Only a beggar can have it-
