In this episode, we will be hearing from Josh Smith.  Josh has been a professional school counselor at Western High School in Jackson, MI for over 15 years, and has a Masters degree in Counseling. He has served as President of the Jackson Counseling Association for two years and has been on the leadership team as Vice President for two more. Josh also facilitates the Michigan College Access Network, training hundreds of Michigan school counselors. He's taught in the graduate counseling program at Spring Arbor University. Additionally, Josh has been a presenter for the last two years at Nerd Camp and is currently practicing at a local agency called ‘A Healing Place’. He meets with the Christians at the Jackson Gospel Hall, in Jackson MI.  Josh is going to be joining us for two episodes on the topic: The Battle Inside.  This is a very important topic, and one that we trust will be a real help to every listener.  This episode is Part 2.

We are continuing our series on the Psalms with Stephen Vance.  In this episode, Stephen will be taking up the teaching Psalm of chapter 1.  So far, we have considered Psalms of lament and Royal Psalms.  However, in this section of Wisdom literature in the Hebrew Bible, there are Psalms that provide wisdom and instruction for our lives.  We trust this episode will be a real source of help with any current challenges you face, and that it will also provide a foundation to where we must seek for wisdom in our Christian life.

This is Easter Sunday!  Resurrection morning!  This is why we remember Jesus every Sunday until His return.  In this episode, Stephen Vance continues his study of Psalms by provides a message of worship and praise based on chapter 2.  The truth of Scripture for all in the Body of Christ today is this, "Rejoice, Your King Reigns!"

On this Good Friday, Stephen Vance has provided for us an episode on the lament of Psalm 22 entitled: "Bare your Heart".  What a fitting place in scripture to consider together when we remember the anniversary of the death of our Lord Jesus Christ.  He is the one who paid the price of sin through pain and suffering on the cross.  In the lament of our sorrows, may He draw us closer to Himself.

In this episode, Shawn Markle reminds us of the activities, as Christians, that should never be removed or altered from day to day Christian life.  With so much in our normal routines changed as a result of COVID-19, this is a very timely message for all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ.
