Listen Later

Lani Kamauu Yamasaki is a native Hawaiian lōkahi practitioner and the founder of  Live Lōkahi™.  She mentors medical and wellness leaders seeking to bridge science and indigenous healing. She is ʻūniki (initiated) in the traditional Hawaiian psychospiritual practices of their ʻohana (family) by Kahuna Halealoha Makua, her elder, which allows her to teach these wisdom traditions. Lōkahi is at the heart of Hawaiian cosmology. A cherished value, it means "unity, harmony, accord." It describes the dynamic principles of reciprocity and interdependency between divinity, earth/nature and humanity.

Lani is a multiple international best-selling co-author alongside of James Redfield  and Ken Honda – bLU Talks Presents Business, Life and the Universe Vol 11.  Her latest book, bLU Talks Presents  The Law of Attraction will be published in Winter 2024 and features Bob Proctor and Brian Proctor. She serves as adjunct faculty at the University of Hawaiʻi John A. Burns School of Medicine, Department of Native Hawaiian Health, the University of of Minnesota Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing, and the Pacific Region Indigenous Doctors Congress. She also serves as a United Nations panelist for the United Nations Financing for Development Forum. She has been featured on Gaia, BRAVO, A&E, Clinical Geropsychology News and World Unity Week.
