This is week 3 of the series God Is. When everything is consistently changing around us we can always be anchored to the unchanging God. The God that will always give hope and will always be love. There is an opportunity for us to continually change for the better by spiritually receiving a new heart and a new spirit. through the grace of God we are gifted renewal even over our sin in response to repentance. We see this in the historical account of king David. We look at scriptures 2 Samuel 11:1-7, 2 Samuel 11:26-27, 2 Samuel 12:1-10, 2 Samuel 12:13, Hebrews 13:8-9, Ezekiel 36:24-27, and Malachi 3:6.

This is week two of the series God Is. As humans we find ourselves surprised at times, and sometimes it is with very unfortunate situations. Knowing this we can find confidence in our God that is never surprised. A God that is powerful, that is in control, and is all-knowing. We look over 14 chapters of a historical event of a man named Joseph, son to a father named Jacob. Through his life he faces many difficulties but through the favor of God he is able to rise up. The same God that is with Joseph is the same God that walks with us through our relationship with Him and that should affect the way we walk and talk. We look at scriptures Genesis 37:4-8, Genesis 39:1-6, Genesis 39:21-23, Genesis 41:15-16, Genesis 41:37-40, Genesis 50:15-21, and Romans 8:28-34.

This is Week 1 of our series God Is. There is a noticeable difference between good and bad, light and darkness and when we get caught in the midst of bad things we can confidently grab on to a hope offered to us all. That Hope is found through God, The God that is Creator of all, The God that is relational, the God that is hope and offers ultimate hope to us that call on His name. We look at how God created all things and uniquely designed us for a purpose. We study scriptures Genesis 1:1-31, Genesis 2:1-4, Genesis 2:15-24, Genesis 3:1-15, and Romans 15:13.

This week we take another look at the commission giving to us as sons and daughters of God. We take a look at how we are designed for discipleship. To consistently follow Jesus and to teach others how to follow Jesus. Through this time we look at why we should disciple, when we are truly a disciple, and how we are suppose to disciple. This is all in response to learning we are designed to make disciples, that make disciples, that make disciples. We discuss scriptures Matthew 28:18-20, John 13:34-35, John 8:31-32, and Luke 9:23-25. 

This Week we talk about being kingdom minded. As we continue to discover the purpose God has for us, will we respond with a mind and heart focused on His kingdom. there is a love,  a hope,  a trust filled relationship offered to the world, but how will people accept it if they don't truly know about it. We are called to share with our words the good news of Jesus Christ and know through these opportunities God will be with us. We discuss scriptures Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 10:9-15.

Today we celebrate being a local church for one year! We understand there is darkness that brings confusion, hurt, and the feeling of being lost into our lives but through a relationship with Jesus the light of the world our lives are illuminated! through this relationship with God it brings hope, love, purpose, healing, reconciliation, redemption, freedom, and salvation into our lives as well. In response to our relationship with our Lord and Savior we receive a light to carry it out into the world for others. We discuss the ways we can be light-bears and truly shine for the glory of our God. We look at scriptures John 8:12, Ephesians 5:8, and Matthew 5:14-16.  

We conclude our series Abraham with week 5. We discuss how we can walk with confidence even in times of testing. There is an endurance, a strength that can build within our faith in response to the process of testing. We can find hope and trust remembering what God has done and what He promises still to do. As we walk with God who is alive, active, and present... We also look at how God's prevention is God's protection and He provides a replacement for each an everyone of us in response to our faith. We look over the scriptures Genesis 22:1-14 and James 1:2-3.

This is week 4 of the series Abraham. A common mistake made is taking control of a situation out of a lack of patience for a plan to be carried out correctly. It is so easy to try to over control and take short cuts to try to achieve the things we want. At times this leaves us falling short or failing in a way that it affects us and others negatively. Knowing this, how do we regain confidence after we fail? We discuss this in today's message as we read through scriptures Genesis 16:1-5, Genesis 17:1-6, Jeremiah 17:9, Romans 7:15, Proverbs 4:14-15, Proverbs 28:13, James 5:16, and 1 John 1:9.

This is week 3 of the series Abraham. We all face times of uncertainty, but even in the midst of unclear times we can have clarity on the powerful promises of  God. When we pursue God we can walk with confidence knowing He is there alive and active. Through our faith we can be certain about many things in our life that brings peace, comfort, and hope! We look at scriptures Genesis 15:1-6, 15:13-16.

Join us for our week 2 of the series Abraham. We have all been impacted by fear in our lives. Fear is a common thing that can impact the choices of many people in this world. Knowing this what should we then do in these situations? We continue to learn through the perspective of the life of Abraham. We discuss how to have faith over fear. We unpack this talk while going over the scriptures Genesis 12:10-13, Genesis 12:17-20, Genesis 13:1-4, 2 Timothy 1:7, 2 Timothy 2:13, and Proverbs 14:26.
