His 20+ year study of happiness, has enabled Baird – an inventor-engineer, author and researcher – to clearly and simply outline the most recent studies into how changing our beliefs and behaviour has a positive effect on our body's ability to regenerate itself. He provides convincing evidence of our genetic spirituality and the nature of its rewarding happiness. Then shows us how we can dissolve the thoughts that hinder our spiritual expression by using epigenetic methods that suppress such negative subconscious thinking.

The part of ourselves that we don’t like, try to ignore and want to change. But until we can fully accept it we are always victim of the archetype who plays in its shade. We need to understand that there’s another archetype – a much more empowering one – who is waiting to be called on so it can help us create the life we want.
