frozen (froze up, freeze up)/stuck

My phone is frozen.

The computer froze up again.

The computer is just stuck on this part of the game.

*You can't say that your phone is stuck.

*You can use stuck in many other situations. Like...

I'm stuck in traffic.

I'm stuck.

1) Control your lighting (melatonin). White light kills melatonin. 

- A couple cool apps

- Open the curtains so the light hits you when the sun rises

2) Only use your bed to sleep

- Don't use your phone or eat in bed. You will feel cravings.

- You CAN read a book.

3) Get enough sleep

- Go to bed 9 hours before you need to leave the next day.

- Go to sleep around the same time every day.
