Chara Clarke talks setting up the charity Glow NI, growing up in the troubles and her tips on running an organisation.

I recorded this podcast over a year ago when I worked with Chara in the amazing charity Glow NI as a social media officer. I wanted to thank Chara for sharing her inspiring story with me. I have amazing memories of my time working in Glow, their impact on the community on the ground in Belfast is one of a kind.
