As your humble editor casts the requisite spells to prepare the third arc of Hel'mith, we will be filing the weeks with a few different kinds of episode. We'll be doing an Off Watch Chatter, our casual chats about how to run or enjoy TTRPGs, and we'll be doing a 'clip show' of our favorite moments from the podcast so far.

The thrilling conclusion of Arc 2! Sprinting across the gangway, having fought through the warehouse, the Greymates, ironbound to finish their journey, head into the inner sanctum of Councilor Willoughby, charging headlong into the deep unknown. Facio puts on the performance of his lifetime, Oggy confronts his shadow self, and Sir calls on all the aid she can muster from her Warren Gods.

Hello viewers at sea! This is just an update to let you know that NEXT week will be finale of the Restless Deep Saga--it's a behemoth in more ways than one... meaning an editing one too! The Greymates follow their leads to where the tracks meet: a warehouse run by a suspicious commissioner by the name of Willoughby. They spend a surprising amount of time talking about how to proceed, before kicking the door in and proceeding with plan kick monster-butt. They find surprising guards, familiar foes, and fight their way through a tinderbox of a warehouse to track down their cursed sextant.

Editor's note: as long as it seems to take for the team to go through the front door, just remember, it was longer in real life. The hardest enemy in D&D may be doors.

Facio buoys the crew morale with shanties, Oggy leaps around the ship in dire circumstances, and Sir confronts a force they never thought they would.

This episode was almost titled "The Hill I Will Die On"....
