Two hours I'll never get back, terrible & awful

What disappointed you about Food Network Marketing?

The sheer lack of anything educational that can benefit anyone at any stage of their network marketing career. The guy starts off about, well I can't remember really now actually but what has got me really riled up is his anti US government rants about how they're all corrupted and only really earn their incomes through bribes by lobbyists. He then lays into other "juice companies" saying they're doomed to fail against the supermarkets and that they're nothing short of a total rip off. This is highly unprofessional. He goes on about how the US economy is doomed and other things that have NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH Nwk Mkting.

I would recommend this book to someone I really hated.

No, not at all, just this author.

How could the performance have been better?

Yes, had he submitted two hours of silence I think I'd have got more from it - but I understand that silent uploads are against the TOS of Audible so I guess we're stuck.

It sounds like he recorded it in his garage and he's just winging it, its unscripted, unstructured and as a result he goes over the same stuff "just to recap from the last chapter" several times. My god its boring!

There was ZERO educational content in this other than that

**he's part of a company who's name I've already forgotten who do dehydrated food and that he uses a leads system**.

This sentence just here has probably saved numerous other Audible users two hours. Really.

Beyond a best seller - A Best In Class

Anyone who knows me knows that I am not one who uses hyperbole. The value of the generous content that Pierre shares in this book is worth thousands of dollars. How do I know? I have personally witnessed people paying that amount only to receive half the value shared in this book.

Whether you are a start up, growing, or a mature organization, I highly recommend this book (which is MBA standard, in my estimation ).

Great book

LOVE this book, great find!

By far, one of the best self-help books I have ever read! It ties in very relevant info from many different well known people from the ideas of Albert Einstein to Tony Robbins, in addition to the author's OWN views/ideas. This is a pretty short book but it doesn't NEED to be longer. Everything is here that you need and it's in a concise, easy to read layout. I find myself thinking about things in this book throughout the day a lot. There are excellent quotes referenced in this book that stick with you. I rarely finish a book as I get busy, lose interest, etc. I finished this book quickly. Highly recommend. Extremely motivating and well written. Great job Mitch W. Steel! :)

Time Read Well Spent

This book was a excellent use of my time. It is wonderful when a good book has a simple yet profound effect.

simple, insightful and relevant

In these times, living in a culture driven by the will to "succeed", sometimes the lines are blurred and it can be easy to put our "success" at priority number 1. What we sometimes fail to realize is that the quick and relatively easy compromises that come along in our quest for "success" are all tests in our journey to realizing this "success." This book very simply ties success to both relevant context, by way of history's greatest individuals and to the human side of all of us. This author clearly understands the importanct factors of Character, Creativity and well I'll let you read about the importance of the third C on your own...

Strong Easy Success Book

A short but profound read. A lot of great principles put together to encompass the base points of success. Steel incorporates his own experiences which makes this book entertaining. This is a great book I have enjoyed reading and I continue to review it for a pick-me-up!

So disciplined.

Starting with short timescales, Mr Partnoy makes you really wait as he prolongs the period of time between the thought and the action, surprising me on the business and trading timescales. and making me feel very ignorant of how these things work. So there really is a good reason to procrastinate in some times, and not in others. I don't feel too bad now!
