When I was a child, I couldn’t wait to be old enough to join the Boy Scouts. Then I couldn’t wait to start driving. Pretty soon, I was chomping at the bit to move out on my own. I had a desire to grow up and embrace the things that come with age and experience. When I embraced my personal relationship with Jesus, I had a similar experience – I was excited to grow closer to God! Don't let your knowledge of the Bible and attendance in church keep you from pursuing a real relationship with Christ.
