It's no secret.  We all get a little down on ourselves sometimes.  It's a tough place to be because we believe that there is no alternative.  But there is, there always is.  And if we discover how to do that, winning becomes a bit easier.

You look in the mirror and you might see a few wrinkles or a few extra pounds that didn't used to be there.  But your age is not found in the mirror.  It's found in your heart.  

Respect, love, communication and a few other ingredients you might want to know about.  It's called marriage stew, and if it's missing any of these essentials, it just might not come out the way you want it to.  Do you have the recipe?

There are factors in our lives that cannot be avoided.  That's why we lean on medical support for those times.  But we are in control of the other things that can keep us sharp and focused.  Are you doing the things that will keep you young?

Funny thing about a rope around an elephant's leg.  It teaches the elephant that there are boundaries.  When the rope is removed they still believe it's there.  Have you been tied by an invisible boundary?  

We do things some times because we believe it's the right thing to do.  We don't know why.  We just know that what we are doing is necessary.  Has that ever happened to you?

Beyond our daily activities in life, there is another higher calling.  That is our "faith life".  To walk with the confidence of faith and use our communications tools to let others know and hear the good news.  Tough sometimes, because life can get in the way of our most important job here on earth.

Alright friends, good friends.  But how many of us have true friends.  Can you name them?

As human beings we tend to doubt good, because we believe it may be loaded with bad intentions.  Mother Teresa got it right in so many ways.  See the good in people and lose the judgement.  

The brick is a great example of how we sometimes get stuck in a silent void, because we're not sure how to communicate those feelings.  Is there a person out there trying to communicate with you?
