Witt has been a professional in Hollywood for more than 20 years as a personal talent manager and acting coach before becoming a commercial agent at Element Talent Agency in 2013. Moving to Pinkerton in 2014, Witt has nearly 600 clients on his talent roster as head of the Theatrical Divison. Addison has traveled the world with his clients speaking out on various causes that involve disabilities, bullying, and greater diversity in Hollywood's entertainment industry.

We welcome back two guests - Eisha Mason and Carolyn Wilkins - who will discuss a special forum for Black women being held on Saturday, May 31 at Guidance Church in Los Angeles.Eisha Mason is a spiritual activist and peace maker and the Director of Community Healing Forum. She also serves as Interim Director at American Friends Service Committee in Los Angeles. Carolyn is an international consultant, and the Executive Producer of the show. She has been a co-host and frequent guest. Carolyn is a personal counselor, an advocate for peace and nonviolence, and facilitates workshops on values, ethics, forgiveness and courage. Quonta Beasley is a producer and an actress with film, television and theatre roles to her credit. She has appeared in 'Criminal Minds', 'Stompin' and 'Law and Order'. She has performed on stage at the Theatre of Harlem, The Public Theatre, and LaJolla Playhouse.
