We have in studio Latinx Creator, Erick Pepper Rivera creator of  graphic novel "The Hat Boyz." Pepper is a Los Angeles local who is native to Watts, the neighborhood where The Hat Boyz is set. Pepper was inspired to use Watts and his experiences growing up in the neighborhood to show how environment can greatly inform life’s choices and decisions.
