Mental health is a growing factor that has increased over the years affecting adults and our youth. Learning how to cope with loved ones who suffers from mental illness is important to provide them with the support they need to move forward and to be on a pathway to living a healthy stress free life. It's not easy but we all have to take the first step to make a change, better yet, a difference in life.
