  • MnM Hockey Podcast - NHL Awards, News and More
The guys are back with another week of the MnM Hockey Podcast! Today, they look at some recent signings that have happened as well as the NHL Awards. The PWHA released their mid-season NHL Awards so Alex and Chace did the same.
To start, they looked at the Zack Kassian and Marcus Pettersson extensions and what it means for each team. Alex and Chace agree on one thing, the Kassian one could look bad in a few year's time. The cap space, or lack thereof, for Edmonton is concerning. However, they do at least understand the Pettersson one more.
After that, they take a look at all the NHL Awards. Giving their mid-season winners for the Hart, Norris, Vezina, Selke, Jack Adams, and Calder Trophies. They also compare them to what the PWHA had and say why they agree or disagree with them. Alex and Chace wrap things up with taking a quick look ahead to the trade deadline and what is in store for a few different teams. Tune in for all of that and more, with the MnM Hockey Podcast!

While Jens loves revisiting Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore and Sean adores Vertex Pop's latest Super Crush KO.After that, they get into the news of the week and there's quite a bit.Nintendo and Masahiro Sakurai revealed Byleth as the final Smash Bros. Ultimate Fighter Pass character. Considering there are two huge Fire Emblem: Three Houses fans on the panel, their opinions on the inclusion is much more celebratory than some others out there. They also discuss the big game delays including Cyberpunk 2077 and Final Fantasy VII Remake. Sony skips E3 for the second year in a row and the ESA responds. Does Sony really need E3 at this point? And is in E3 headed in the right direction? Not to mention, Horizon: Zero Dawn is headed to PC and perhaps other Sony first party games may join it on Steam and Epic Games store in the future. (We tend to agree on the second option.)Finally, the trio gush about their favorite Nintendo consoles, discussing their first ones, the games that brought them the most joy, and too much Virtual Boy talk as well.Timestamps:Games Being Played:1:30 - Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot12:45 - Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore25:05 - Super Crush KOThe News:30:22 - Byleth is in Smash Bros.
