Retired Air Force MSgt Kevin Dunaway joins the show. Kevin grew up in Gonzales, LA and joined the Air Force in 1990. He went in as a 275X0 Tactical Air Control Party Specialist or TACP. We go into his tech school at Hurlburt Field, FL, his first assignment in Germany, his deployment to Bosnia, and the infamous Doofer Book.

Former Army Specialist 5 Jerry Casados joins the show. We talk about the late 1960s, the Vietnam War, and draft classifications. Then we go into his 74D MOS, the Army Security Agency (ASA), and being assigned to Kagnew Station in Ethiopia. We close the interview by discussing his business, “Plant Based Nutrition and Lifestyle”.

Former Army PFC Chuck Martinez sits down to talk about his time in the service. Chuck grew up in Denver and he swore into the Army in 1948 as a 92G Food Service Specialist. He discusses how the Army struggled with integration at that time and how difficult it was to serve in a post World War II military. He also talks about being an Active Reservist and doing field time at, what was then known as, Camp Carson.

Battalion Chief Nick Carnesi joins the show. We discuss his path from the financial world to firefighting, taking the Candidate Physical Fitness Test, becoming an EMT, and rescuing goats.
