1. Make Plans- make plans for the day or the week!

 2. Make Time for Movement-some soft of movement will take the stress away. 

3. Eat until you are satisfied not stuffed. 

4. Enjoy your holiday favorites that are worth it- Take what you want but don't over do it. 

5. Make Time for Sleep- Boost that immune system back up! 

6. Go outside for fresh air- Sun on your skin is beneficial.  

7. Fall back Plan- when you focus on the things that really do make a difference you let go of those things that don't.
