As the title suggests, we may have lied. About a year and a half ago, we uploaded a video announcing our return to the podcast... that return was not long-lived. If you missed that video though- it is probably because you aren't following our Instagram (which you should clearly do).

Tonight we take on a fairly heavy topic- change.  We talk about why it can be good, why it can be bad, a few scenarios that we both have experience dealing with such as death and abusive relationships.  Fair warning this episode does get kind of heavy but the overall message remains the same- embrace change with open arms because it introduces a whole new world of opportunities.
