4 H.I.S Glory (Honor In Song) is a ministry dedicated to uplifting the spirit of God and singing His praises to point listeners in the direction of salvation through Jesus Christ. Composed of 13 uniquely talented, born-again believers. 4 H.I.S Glory is a gospel ministry actively living out the call and impacting lives for the better through song. The foundation of the music ministry started with the vision and anointing of Larry Crider II, A musician and composer with various skills in the field of music.

​Crider who was blessed with the gift of music at a very young age and gave his life over to God at 8 years old, has had the privileged to serve in many musical organizations throughout his life. Crider has also been blessed to serve in many positions such as Soloist, Musical Director, Student Director, Songwriter, and Arranger, with his most coveted one being a "born-again child of God".



Crider has performed and shared the stage with the likes of Tremaine Hawkins, Earl Bynum, Shawn Bigby, Karen Clark-Sheard, Vashawn Mitchell, Byron Cage and Judith McAllister. No matter how big his blessings are or how hard his struggles become, Crider maintains holding on to his faith and being used exclusively for God's glory. The ministry has stood true to its foundation since February 2013 to be wholeheartedly about being used for God's glory. The founder and its members all aim to honor God in song and spread hope to the desolate. The ministry uses music as a way to preach to dying, lost souls. They are committed to building the kingdom of God. With their mission based in Isaiah 61:1-3, this music ministry is equipped with their swords and fortified in his spirit.​​

Biography

David Lee has more than 25 years of experience as a minister who has served as a Licensed Ordained Elder under the pastorate of Bishop T.D. Jakes during all that time beginning in Charleston W.Va until they relocated to Dallas Texas. Prior to the relocation, he led the Sunday School Department as the Superintendent at the church. He taught the first class of ministers who were ordained into ministry at the Potter’s House of Dallas Inc.

David Lee has traveled nationally as well as internationally including ministering and appearing on radio and television in Canada, Bermuda, Africa and The Bahamas.

He was the first to preach a tag team sermon with Bishop Jakes at the Potters House entitled "He Gave Me A Second Chance" and worked at the National Sales Manager for T.D. Jakes Ministries traveling a across the US and abroad managing the sale of all of T.D. Jakes products in bookstores and conferences.

J Torah, born Travis Johnson, hails from Stuttgart, Germany. At a young age his family introduced him to music. Inspired by an empowering, expressive rap song written by his cousin; J Torah also learned to verbally express his thoughts through rap music. He spent years cultivating his own style of hard-core rap and was well-excepted by his current community in Atlanta, GA. Known by the stage name Young Smokesta (SMK) at the time; he created a reputation to be one of the most highly sought-after MC’s in the city performing at local night clubs and frequently interviewing with local radio stations. His first album released under the name Young Smokesta in 2005 is still very popular overseas and is still in demand in European countries.

J Torah’s testimony lies within this album. Prior to its completion he was in a devastating car accident that opened his eyes to a new life. He could have very well lost his life that day, but God had other plans for him. After receiving a second chance from God; he realized that his purpose was to do kingdom work. One single in particular from that album, “A Divine Revelation” allowed his fan base to see the evident change in him. It was a heartfelt song placed on his heart by the Holy Spirit. This song was so pivotal in his change he decided it will be re-made and released on every album he produces from here on. J Torah’s goal is to tell people how Christ saved and changed his life for the better while ministering God’s word. His current single, “Agape Love” released in 2015 is receiving radio airplay across the world and blessing the lives of all who hear it.

Charles R. Fears, Jr. was born on May 14, 1976 to Charles Sr. and Theresa Fears. From conception, there has been a calling on his life. Faced with disheartening news that he would be deformed at birth, Charles' parents exercised their faith in God and trusted that God had other plans. Born normal and healthy, Charles grew up in church, being taught how to live for God.

During his teenage years he was baptized and received the gift of the Holy Ghost. As do many young people, Charles thought he was missing out on the "good times" often made attractive by the secular world. Charles rebelled against his upbringing, failed to stay connected to God, and soon found himself fighting addictions and depression.

​​He takes every opportunity to share his story about this time and is forthcoming about struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Charles found comfort in songwriting and God has blessed him with the ability to write and sing the songs created. Charles writes songs that give God the glory. He sings them with anointing because they are his testimonies; he shares them because this is what God has chosen for him to do.

The Artist
Earl White has a long and Illustrious career in the music entertainment industry. Not only as an accomplished musician, arranger and writer, but also distinguished himself a sensational vocalist. Around 2006, Earl found his way to Georgia, where he laid a foundation and made himself at home. He joined a new church home in 2009 the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Sargent GA. where Pastor Walter D’Andre Green recognized the anointing and God's call and made him Minister of Music in the church; a prestigious title Earl didn't take lightly.

Born and raised in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn New York, home to the music Legends Jay Z and Notorious BIG, the world of Gospel music at its very best by his parents deeply rooted in the Church Of God In Christ,. His mother Velma Janet White a prominent lead vocalist and writer, forming a family music group called The Crown Miracles which included Earl and his siblings, Alvin, Sheila and younger brother Michael Producing a Gospel album under the

Playing drums as a young man, quickly learned to master them as he and his family J.C, White singers began traveling nationwide, bringing their music ministry to the masses developing Leadership and experience. His church at the time was Refuge Church Of Christ and The Institutional Church Of God In Christ. It was in this house of God that he expounded on his musical attributes learning to play bass guitar, where he would grow to covet and master above all others.

Close family friend Stanley Brown, a budding R&B producer, took Earl to meet prominent A&R’s and Industry managers in secular music, Learning the Artists and Producers passion to record, he afforded opportunities singing background vocals, playing the Bass guitar and drums for KID N PLAY, SALT N PEPA, RUN-DMC, KWAME and Changing Faces, to name a few. Establishing himself in both the Gospel and R&B communities, Earl formulated great relationships with top music producers and Artists like, Herby Luv bug, Teddy Riley of GUY, Herb Middleton producer of Mary J. Blige, Barry Eastmond Producer of Anita Baker and Dinky Bingham of whom he built a close kinship that lasted more than two decades. Working with newer artists like Glen Jones, Marcus Miller, Lenny White, A&R Jeff Redd, and family friend Kelly Price who was quickly coming into prominence.

Adding further to his long list of music contemporaries, other artists like GUY, Blackstreet, New Edition, Joe, Yolanda Adams, Dave Hollister, Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, James Hall, and many others travelling the world playing bass and singing throughout many countries on several different continents such as: Japan, Portugal, Austria, Germany, Italy, sharing his God given gifts with the world.
