We're back! And without any request. Sorry for the sick day last week, but we've recovered and we bring you Men In Black. The 1997 hit which started the series, based off of a comic written by Lowell Cunningham. This was a first see for Jake, and he did not hate it. We talk about the actors, the Oscar winning makeup, the CGI, but most importantly, what too Jake so long to see it. Have a listen and enjoy.

We welkome our sekond guest ever, Nick Rosenbloom, to diskuss  the abomination that is Mortal Kombat: Annihilation.  And like Happy Gilmore before this, we have another beautiful koincidence in that Mortal Kombat 11 launches today, so what better way to celebrate the newest installment in this franchise, with what is quite possibly the worst moment in all of Mortal Kombat history.  In addition to our wonderful guest and the inkredible timing of the release of this podkast, we are also debuting our new theme music.  Pretty kool, huh? 

In honor of the Masters Tournament, we discuss that greatest of golf based movies, Happy Gilmore.  We're just kidding about this being in honor of The Masters by the way, it just happened to work out that way.  But it is our 10th episode! So that's something to celebrate! 

This week, Jon and Jake discuss the Coen Brothers classic The Big Lebowski, starring Jeff Bridges as the Dude, as he navigates the world's most bizarre case of mistaken identity.  Once again, it's one Jon hasn't seen, but that running theme really ties the show together.

In light of the MK11 Beta koming out, we decided to release an episode where Jon and Jake hook up with special guest Nick Laudicina and talk about an ideal Kast for a new Mortal Kombat movie. Big ideas, big actors, and big Kombos. Who you you put in a Mortal Kombat movie. Anyone can be Korrect. 

Clerks! The first feature film by Kevin Smith. A classic and a need-to-see by film fans. A comedic "day in the life" film surrounding a young adult lost in his own life, coming into work on his day off. Why did Jon and Jake miss it? Maybe they were somewhere they weren't even supposed to be that day. Get it? 

This week Jon and Jake talk about their first documentary. An LTTS first. "The Death of "Superman Lives": What Happened?" is a film about a film that never was. Is that meta enough? There was an idea... for a Superman movie to capatalize on a popular comic book where Superman dies in the 90's. And just as the boots were getting put on, the cape had to be hung up. No Superman movie. This documentary goes to the people responsible for every facet of the film, good and bad. Do you wish this movie was made? We sure do. Have a listen. 

Holy flashback. Today Jon and Jake look at a movie from their childhoods, Pokemon: The First Movie! This is one both have seen, but definitely required some revisiting. If you aren't going to catch 'em all, at least catch this episode, because the nostalgia is real.
