Today is the end of an era in world history!  By now you will know of the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, certainly a Great Queen by anyone's standards.

I've been privileged to have seen her from afar on 3 occasions in my life and I wanted to share some of my own personal reflections on what that has meant to me.

Have you ever wondered what a laterpreneur actually is? No? Well, maybe it's time you found out.

In this first episode I share a little about my recent background and what has led me to start a podcast that is (finally!) easy, fun and doable for me, a fellow laterpreneur. 

Here's what I think - we've gotten this online business thing backwards.  Do we really need another checklist for who our avatar is?  Or refine our business down into the perfect narrow niche? The question I have kept hearing in my brain for (well, years actually) is - Where do I fit into this business? We're told to just be ourselves, yet our focus is required to be outward-focused on who we serve and what we can contribute to their life transformation. 

For me, things just haven't felt quite right in all this.  And don't get me started on all the social media burnout I keep hearing about from many online entrepreneurs.  What's going on here?
