In this episode, I discuss two things that helped me through grief- Grief tokens and opening my heart to nature.

Grief tokens, in their simplest form, are tangible objects that hold emotional significance and serve as a source of comfort during the healing process of grief. Nature has an inherent ability to soothe and restore our souls, offering solace and tranquility in the face of pain.
