Minue Yoshida was born in Mexico City to a family of Japanese descent. She now lives in the US and is proud to call herself an Asian-Latina. After 28 years in corporate America, she took the leap to become her own employer. Moving her focus towards helping others, she used her true passion in creating Yoshida Academy a firm that helps young executives with career coaching. The firm also consults with corporations like Netflix regarding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and implementations. Minue's new book "Inclusion is a Verb" provides a framework and DEI scorecard companies can use to understand truly how inclusive the company is.
Olga Abinader was born in La Republica Dominicana and migrated to the US with her family as a child. She is the director of the NY Environmental Review and Land Use Planning division and is an ESG Lead at Matrix New World Engineering, where she works.
