Hey mi gente! We are back to say bye to 2020 and recap what the year has brought to us. We talk over the good, the bad, and the weird that has happened this year and what we look forward to in 2021.

We go from anime to the new Selena series on Netflix about the late superstar and her rise in fame in the Tejano music scene later reaching superstardom in the American market before her tragic murder in 1995. Our connection to stories has remained crucial towards how we consume entertainment and we go over what makes a show or movie connect to us on a deeper level. 

In this week's episode we speak with Ernesto from La Dalia Coffee, a coffee company that has completely cut out the middle man within the coffee supply chain. we talk about his process from his family-owned farm in Nicaragua run by his dad. Also how they import their coffee themselves into the states, then he roasts the beans in his personal roaster. not to mention, warehousing and storage is run in-house by Ernesto. He has taken back control of the coffee game and is innovating how coffee is being distributed at the specialty level. Tune in to learn about his amazing story revolving his parents and their fight for their farm in Nicaragua. 

Hey, mi gente! In this week's episode, we speak with "Mr. Ends of the Earth" AKA Philip. He's an amazing photographer who has been in multiple ends of the earth expanding his view that his 35mm can grab. We talk about how he was able to couch-surf his way into different parts of the world while taking a glimpse of the community of couch-surfing and the expansive world it has become. Hey mi gente, in this week's episode, we spoke with Kenny Becerra from Cafe Orgullo Celeste. We spoke about his journey getting into the coffee industry, learning how to roast, to eventually importing coffee from Guatemala.  His story revolves around doing the things that scare you and getting out of your bubble to grow as a person.
