I am so grateful to my aunt Rachelle for being willing to sit down and talk with me about how she felt when Stuart told her he was gay. The worry and heart ache that she struggled with was significant as she had to watch her son go through a trial she could not lift from him. 

Megan is outgoing and loves everybody, she is a support to her family and many friends. her story is about learning to support and love unconditionally, while learning not to judge. an important lesson for us all

Sometimes in life you have to make your own way of doing "normal" things. Stuart is an active gay member of the church, and i got to sit down and talk to him about self acceptance and how he made it through with love and support from his family. 

Audrey found a lump in her abdomen and had to figure out how to afford surgery, now, only 6 months later her life has already changed so much.

I got to sit down and talk to my parents about the highs and lows of raising a family. This is a long episode, but it was to good to cut short.

During our last month in China, we had a run in with human traffickers, we made it through by trusting each other and staying calm. we now often refer to this experience as "The Train Station Story".

My cousin Savanna and I spent a semester teaching English in China. We met Amazing people, saw breathtaking Views, and made fools of our selves the whole way through. I thought I'd break up some of the amazing and difficult experiences with some fun yet very pivotal moments of our journey.
